I had a seamless experience with Sixt team in Manama Jufair. Using their services since 2 months now and they are very reliable. Their fleet of cars are new and well maintained. Office staff are efficient and polite. Appreciate Mr. Biju in particular for the extra warmth and comfort and the professionalism he shared. Best part is their service hours - morning 7.30am to night 11pm makes it convenient for any time drop in the night even after working late hours. Kudos... a good team, good fleet and a clean office and very affordable price. Thanks and keep going.

Haidar, the manager of this branch, is a superprofessional. He impressed me with his great attitude, politeness and professionalism. The car was in good condition with no issues. Great value for money.
My only short, however insistive suggestion - is to change the deposit policy. It would be much more convenient for the customers to leave the deposits in cash, rather than wait for a card refund for a month or more.
Other than that the experience with Sixt in Juffair was great!

For my previous trips to Bahrain, I’ve used another rental agency; however, because Sixt was cheaper I tried their services for my 6 month stay. The airport kiosk offered poor service and a dirty, old car with a post market CD player added in. I took the car to the office in Juffair and my concerns were immediately addressed. Since that day in December 2018, I’ve interacted exclusively with the Juffair office and almost always with Ms. M. Melesse. She is a remarkable representative for the company; her English is perfect, she’s always kind, she very competent, and easy to work with. When my car needed serviced, she had it back to me within a few hours, as promised (an impressive feat in Bahrain). Since I was the first from my organizationto switch from our previous vendor, I used this experience and wrote a recommendation for using Sixt in future travels for our employees. If there is a bonus structure, I would certainly recommend Ms. M for the win.
