Best car rental experience - ever! I rented from SIXT 03-07Oct25. Brenna, SIXT counter agent, a dream; happy, polite, gave me an upgrade, efficient. The only car rental agency that has a screen at the check-in counter which can show you exactly the car you're renting. So helpful. I've rented from SIXT in Vancouver and same perfect experience. I've rented cars from all sorts of companies from Avis to Routes to Enterprise to Budget. SIXT is the best. Also, they have the best key tags.

This was my first time renting a car from Sixt, and I was very satisfied with the service. The car I got was a Tiguan — it was very new and performed excellently. I’d especially like to mention the front desk representative, Brena, who was enthusiastic, patient, and professional. The overall car rental experience here was outstanding, and I’m giving Brena a five-star rating!
