Their team member Marwa is a Rockstar! We were difficult clients, had several change requests and extensions at last minute and she communicated well and reliably. Getting the deposit returned turned into a bit of a logistical challenge (as the credit card holder wasn't the one returning the vehicle) but again it was well coordinated by Marwa. About the car: it had 83,000 km on it, drove well but a few things weren't disclosed at pickup (loose wiper, loose front fender/wing). It didn't cause any issues, for a European it's just a bit unusual. But you shouldn't be looking for European standards when driving Egypt, so no reason to not give a 5-star rating here... 😂
