In todays day and age I find myself happy when I deal with a rental car agency that gives me just what I ordered. So, consider me super happy with this sixt location. I was greeted with a smile and Alex (Alan?) didn’t treat me like I was bothering his day. He went over the details/essentials and at this point I figured he was going for the hard sell extras, but nope, he was asking me about my plans to see if he could upgrade me (which he ended up doing) for free. Once done he asked once if I wanted any of the extras but once I explained I was covered he said no more and finished billing me. I really appreciate the fact that he treated me like a human being, and although he didn’t get me to purchase more extras than I wanted, this type of service makes me want to use this location again for sure (and also this company!). Kudos to sixt for having staff like him, and I hope his work ethic is repeated across all locations! Also- I didn’t have to report any damage prior to leaving the lot because they were already honest about it and had it printed out on my invoice- 2 scratches on the rims, which I barely noticed- again a novelty in the car rental game!
