Best car rental option in Burgundy region - checked multiple cities near stations. This one was the closest, only short walk from train station to rental company. Staff was friendly. Car was sitting out front ready to go. Within 5 minutes, we were off. Great car too - brand new BMW station wagon. Return pretty easy just had to find an open parking spot nearby.

As a tired traveler who arrived at Sixt on a really hot day, I was welcomed with a bottle of iced water by a very polite, friendly, and helpful crew.
My car was impeccable, brand new, with the latest electronics, a definite step up from the Fiat 500 I had reserved.
Excellent personal service from this agency, especially from Tatiana.
Everything went really smoothly.
The only criticism I have is that it is hard to reach them by phone (I wasn’t able to speak directly to the Chalon Sur Saone agency, and even though they gave me their card to email them, they never responded to my mails).
