Oceane was our customer service agent and she is the best we've ever had from a hire car company. She made us feel like VIPs and showed immense thoughtfulness and initiative in predicting our needs and offering solutions ahead of time rather than us needing to call for assistance. She was thorough and friendly and we felt valued and well taken care of. Would highly recommend this branch of Sixt.
