We have rented a car at least three or four times from Lille Europe Sixt. They are always prompt and professional. We have never had any problems. The vehicles are excellent , like new and well maintained. We always take out CDW insurance and have never had any quibbles , like some other rental agencies , when we return the vehicles. We have never had any incidents with the vehicles, but have the confidence in this agency that if we did we would have things sorted smoothly.

SixT at the Lille Europe train station were super professional. They had my car ready, preprogrammed to accept/display English o the console & gave great directions of how to return the car to the correct parking location. Friendly approachable front desk staff.

Friendly and competent rental counter staff took care of the paperwork and got us on the road in about 10 minutes. Our Audi compact car was virtually new with all the "bells and whistles". It would be helpful if the Sixt rental counters had a multi-lingual pamphlet describing their recommendation for taking the Loss Damage Waiver even for those who have "Third-party" insurance. The woman at the counter did her best to explain in broken English but it took several tries before I understood her. This is not a criticism of her; her English was far better than my French!
