Pick-up out of opening hours is possible for an additional charge. This service is bookable on request. Please provide your address and credit card details, e-mail address and mobile number. Your contract and key will be available at the reception desk of Residhome hotel, located 50m beside the SIXT branch.

Out of hours return

The car park is located at the foot of the SIXT branch. This is the parking lot of the Residhome Val d'Europe. Ring the intercom, announce SIXT return. Go down to the parking lot on the lowest level and park on the left. You will find a big orange key box, in which to store the keys of the vehicle.

Everything went smoothly and the cars were good. I actually got a brand new car with only 6 miles on the clock. The only issue was when i returned the vehicle i placed the keys in the orange box as instructed but the next day i got a call asking me where the keys were. When i told them i left them in the orange i box i was told "Ok i will check" why was I asked in the first place if they haven't checked?After that i tried calling them to confirm that they found them but had no answer which was stressful as i thought they lost the keys.
