I waited too long, almost half an hour to be served.
Then despite having paid for car damage coverage with Ryannair, they still insist that you take other insurance.
Later in the parking lot, they couldn't find the car and we were walking around for 15 minutes.
It was not explained to me that it had some scratches and that when I returned it they wanted to charge me for it.
It is also true that I did not read the email that explained those scratches that the car already had.
When I returned, I explained that the car was always parked, so they did not charge me for those expenses (I think).
Another important thing to note is that they did not explain to me that I had to download the Android Car app to be able to connect the mobile GPS and be able to leave the airport and get to the hotel.
In general, the treatment was very kind by the sixt staff.
I will rent a car with the company again.
I only make these comments to improve the service that was very good.
