I used Sixt at Poitiers Airport for my first car hire in France from 29 August until 8 September. Everything was very straightforward and both car and service were excellent. I would especially like to mention Ms Peigne at the hire desk who dealt with the hire. The level of service she provided was first class, and she was an excellent ambassador for both her company and her country.

Very helpful and friendly Sixt staff in Poitiers. I was very pleased with the service and information provided, and the agent spoke English as well, which helped a great deal. However, this location had only one agent when I went in to pick up my rental (which I had booked and paid for online on the company's website the night before), so not enough staff to handle the long line of people waiting to rent or return cars the next morning, a weekend. Still, I definitely plan to rent from Sixt again. Great cars and customer service!
