We rented a car from sixt on July 2022 we had the worst experience. The next day the car broke down in the highway . We called the customer service center, we called many sixt number we did not receive any caring or help I waited in the high way with my family form 3.00 p.m. Tell 1.30.a.m finally they they came to picked up their car after omre than 10 hours. We booked a car to our apartment in Frankfort 1 hour away they told us they will pay for us the car bill to our apartment and the bill for the car from apartment to sixt branch tomorrow to rent change the car for us.... Now we have returned the car for more than 3 weeks we emailed them many times but we did not receive any respons and they did not pay back for us. Actually this is the worst rental car I advise not to rent from them.
