Situated in the Hochtaunuskrees district, Bad Homburg is one of the wealthiest towns in Germany. The town's famous Kurpark has been painstakingly cared for and maintained for over 150 years, and is widely considered to be not only one of the finest spa parks in Germany, but one of the finest in the world. Another beautiful green space in the town is the Homburger Golf Club, locally known as the 'old course'. Once enjoyed by the emperors, czars and and kings of Europe, it is now host to a number of tournaments for spectators to enjoy. Or if you'd prefer a more urban setting, the famous city of Frankfurt is only a short drive away for a day of fantastic shopping and fine dining, or a night of voracious parties, pubs and clubs in the financial centre of Germany. There is much to see and much to do in Germany, and however you decide to enjoy a trip to Bad Homburg, it will most certainly be a trip to remember for the rest of your life.
