Once again drama with rental car companies because our vehicle (prepaid) was not available. Why does this ALWAYS happen! It was not pleasant trying to sort out a vehicle from the remaining options.
However, Kevin Schaefer did everything possible to take care of us and get us on our way. It took a while, he called other stations, but Kevin made sure I was somewhat happy before leaving.
Sixt needs to better train the new staff because the young guy taking care of the cars was trying to convince me that a VW Sharan (what we paid for) was the essentially the same as the VW Touran. Seriously!
