I had a good experience them. They did not have the car I reserved, obvuously. The one we got was kind of a better one, in my opinion. We got a Mazda 3, instead of VW T-Cross. Also, while returning we were running a bit late because of the immense traffic jam. They were kind enough to be flexible with it.

Had quite a wait time since all other locations in Dresden are currently closed due to the pandemic. Only one staff on site for all customers. We got a good car, but it had more damage than recorded as prior existing.

We returned the moving van at 11 p.m. The staff was great and helpful (even offering tram directions). The moving itself van handled very well even though it rained the entire trip. We are overall happy with the experience and would rent here again.
