Not sure why so many bad reviews. Had no issues from check in to check out. We booked an Audi but they didn't have it so we ended up getting a BMW which was nice as well. Close to the Train station which was a plus. The only thing difficult was finding the parking garage when returning the car.

Very convenient location for the Dusseldorf train station. Very friendly staff both at the desk and at collection/drop off.
I was able to book via app and get a very good price on a very short notice - same day booking.
The car was ready within less than an hour. They had the car seats we required, it was excellent! As a long standing Europcar customer, I don't think I'll go back to Europcar if there is s SIXT around.

Generally don't have problems with rentals cars from Sixt. I had one issue where they charged me wrongfully for the mileage and I had to spam them a lot to get my money back.
I guess generally not a bad company/station, but beware of them making mistakes and charging you for it.
