We had a great check-in experience at the Sixt office in Flensburg. The employee was very friendly and helpful, and he happily took care of a customer service task to clear up a previous cancellation matter. He introduced the car features to us and even changed the car's system to English. It's the little things like this that can make a difference in the customer experience. 5 stars all around.
