Rented cars for business and personal use from Kassel Nord, never had a bad experience. First rental I got was an upgrade from CDAR to a BMW m135I which was a great suprise. Once I got the keys to an A3 which would not start, but the team quickly found a good solution in an upgrade to an A4 estate. 5 stars as I've only had good customer service and it's the only branch where I've never been given the dreaded Opel Insigne.

Sixt try very hard to be on the top position for rental car companies. I am usually happy with them. The staff is certainly better trained and more polite as by other companies. But... the platinum card only gives a small discount on the price and NEVER an upgrade as they wrongly pretend. You are not entitled any free weekend as for europcar. My latest rental car has some serious motor issues. To be fair, it never happened in the past. To conclude, Sixt and europcar are both serious companies, Sixt is more courteous.
