Awesome, friendly and helpful service. With train delays we arrived dangerously close to their closing time and a bit stressed out. They put us at ease and walked us through the rental process unhurried. We found out they made a special trip to Frankfurt to get the type of car we reserved. Customer service like this is a wonderful treat. They will definitely get our business in the future.

There's chaos with everything booking because Sixt was hacked 2 weeks ago.
This specific branch however is SO chill. Good fleet, the two men who worked there were both uber friendly, professional, laidback - and funny. :D my new favorite branch (Hamburg Reeperbahn is a close 2nd).
