Used the service to rent a car in Berlin for the weekend on August 2021and were mostly pleased. - Got a brand new, clean, nice car and something even better than what we paid for, since they haven't had the car we ordered at that time. - staff was friendly, talked English - online site is easy to use and understandable. - you return keys to the secure box, which is fun. Other things to note: - they have some service fee or tax of around 20 Euro extra that you pay when picking up the car. - book earlier, or else you won't have cars in your neighborhood and will have to go to Potsdam or somewhere else outside of Berlin. - return to same location if you don't want to pay extra.

It is easy to find the Sixt office and to park there. The staff are friendly and professional, in the little office. The pickup has been very quick (both times). Drop-off is also convenient: you just drive the car into the multi-story car park and find an empty "sixt" parking space and then tell the office which one you used. The car I was given had a few extras such as Satnav and automatic transmission, which I was not charged for - Sixt seems to "not" do the nasty tricks that some other car rental companies are known for (adding extras at pickup which you are charged for and they do not tell you about, but write in small print on the paper-work you sign). Very happy with the car rental. Thank you. I will use Siyt again.
