When they have good seasonal rates, we continue going back to SiXT, as their service is friendly, accomodating and prompt and they VALUE their customers.
We have not found value for the customer from Enterprize Car Rental has left us waiting for 5 hours while their driver's car was parked infront of the truck we hired, has passed a truck to another customer out from under us because we were half an hour late (after our 1hr5mnt drive to them). We had hired many vehicles from tgem and this was unforgivable, but we"ll check it out over time. SiXT has been exceptional upto this point.
