So this is the topic: I took a car for one day from this center at 10:39. 10:39 was the time the lady gave me the keys. I had to go down 3 floors until the parking lot. Besides that, I had to accomodate with the car, put the backpacks and understand how the car is working including the carplay (Since everything was in german). So I left the garage (the minute I put the ticket in order to raise the barrier) around 11:15. I went in the trip, everything nice and cool. Second day at the return, I pressed the button to enter the garage at 11:42. I had to park the car, get the backpacks and go up 3 floors to the reception. I left the key there and she asked me if everything was alright in the trip.
After one day, I saw in the application that they charged me 2 days (twice the amount of price), because they registered the time when I took the car at 10:39, and the time when I returned it at 11:48.
This is robbery. Absolutely outrageous and I am not using their service anymore. I just recommend not to use this company when you want to rent a car since they are absolutely robbers.
PS: After an email exchange with a Sixt employee, this issue has been fixed. I am not going to give 5 stars since the lack of transparency of some policies, but I will definitely change it from 1 to 4 since the guy that I spoke with was kind and he understood the problem.
