If you book your vehicle trough official Sixt App, process is quite smooth and enjoyable despite the language barrier. Office staff doing their best to accommodate customer needs. My vehicle was clean and tidy, so thumbs up there. Electronic toll collection was explained and organized and I was able to drop off vehicle in Kyoto. Thanks to previous review, I was aware of potential problems when booking direct from Orix.

the other review scared us a bit before and the look of the very small parking lot and kiosk haha but all-in-all great service
they were super friendly and explained everything to us clearly
