Good service and price .
Came here on Saturday and the office was closed. There was no notification when I called the number that they are working on restricted hours (closed on weekends), no change of hours on Google maps. People can spend an hour commuting here, only to find the doors locked! I saw several people coming to the door while I wrote this. It should be their policy to change the hours on Google or at leasr record a message for anyone who is calling the office. I came here, because I was supposed to receive confirmation by email that I returned the car three days ago, but did not receive any contract discharge document. The car was nice although quite dusty on the outside. The check-out service a bit slow, but this was the first time anyone questioned my Canadian driver’s licence after over a decade of renting cars. It took a call to her supervisor and my frantic looking through saved documents to show that my driver’s licence is not less than a year old. Funny, because I rented with Sixt several years ago. It was super stressful, since at first she just insisted that she can’t rent me a car and this was the start of a pre-booked holiday. I think the staff should have some training to recognize at least US, Canadian and EU licences and how they work. They did send me a confirmation of contract completion after I stopped by the following week.
Very good service. Very good customer service. The only issue is that it takes very long to check the car.
