Highly professional, friendly and honest. We'd originally hired from Optimo but they'd tried to stitch us for another €300 when collecting for fully comp for 2 days. Having walked around the other hire companies Rida and SIXT were the most professional and reasonable amongst them. The car was in excellent condition and Rida even gave us his personal number for any issues. Returning the car after the earthquake had happened Rida and the team continued to be helpful with another hire when we returned back with supplies. Abderrahim even got up early to let me have the car at an ungodly hour! Highly recommended.
