The service was exeptional. Big thank you to Mohammed who was super helpful, efficient, fast and friendly. He has amazing English, so we understood each other perfectly!
After having problems with other car rental company (in the airport parking lot "desk"), he made me feel calm and secure about renting a car in Sixt instead. We had a pre booking with other car rental and it did not work out because no one was there to reach. So I walked into the airport to rent a car a the spot in Sixt instead. Actually the prices are the same as booking ahead through car booking websites.
I believe Sixt is one of the best car rental services ever in my life. Mohammed was always reachable by Whatsapp. Even helped me with the semi automatic Fiat 500, which I just did not know how to put on automatic. After a week I let him know I was coming to return the car and an hour later he was already waiting in the parking lot.
Also the credit card deposit (~360€) came back in less than 24 hours. I recommend to take the full insurance cover (7 days ~60€) so you don't have to pay this much of deposit and also have peace of mind in the Moroccan streets. After 2000km of 6 big cities, passing cars, pedestrians, scooters, donkies, horses, chicken, kids, tuk-tuks and so much more...
Amazing service, I only have good words for Sixt, thanks to Mohammer. I will definately rent again with Sixt!!! 🤩

I would definately recommend renting a car at Sixt Tangier. Mohamed was always reachable and helpful in case of any questions or concerns. We had some small scratches on our car but it was not to be worried about, he said.
Pro tip: if you pick up your car in the city, make sure that Sixt Tangier has your working (Moroccan new) phone number.
