5 stars for the friendly staff and nice service:) In my case I rented a bmw serie 1 and ended up with Kia left because of shortage of car stocks, and I paid extra 30 euro getting a Mercedes GLA. The car is over 10000 mileage which is a bit old for a rental one. The driving experience is overall smooth but the car went a bit drifting on roads when the speed goes beyond 120.

5 for the very friendly staff. Professional. For my case, very quiet office as well (no long lines). 3 for the price vs quality of the cars. I think there is a big gap between price offered vs type of cars. I think 180Euro for renting cars (+20Euro gas) is a bit insane. Car was clean, handed very neatly and was a very good car as well.
