Staff were very helpful and explained everything very well in English. My travel plans changed a bit so I had to pick up the car later than expected, but when I called, they were willing to accommodate me without complaint. The car was clean, nice, and better than I expected by far. It was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Thanks for making a complicated day more simple and enjoyable.
