Professional, courteous and prompt. Answered the phone quickly and their cars are great. Two locations (one at airport and one in the City), so be sure you're with the right one.

This is were we got our rental car for our two week trip through north norway. As we were travelling in the winter we decided to get a SUV, actually we always take a SUV (camera gear, tripod, luggage, comfort and for rough roads that we embark on for taking amazing pictures). Our car was prepared, pre-heated (!) and ready to go in front of Sixt. They offered us to park the car there - for free! That was very nice as parking spaces all over Bodo cost. The women at the counter was friendly and nice. Nothing to complain there. Regarding the car: We received a car with two major bumps (around 35cm each). In my opinion this is not ok for a rental car - at least they noted the damage on the receipt.
