Great experience and cheap rates. Car was too basic in my opinion. Had to lock and unlock with an actual key, had to adjust wing mirrors with a manual stick, no Bluetooth that we could tell. These should be standard in 2023. Besides that, all was great.

Overall the experience was great. The staff spoke English which I greatly appreciate as a visitor to their country. The service was quick and hassle free overall with one exception which probably is overlooked before booking a car in a foreign country. The daily car rental was cheap but I knew that Panamanian car rentals get you on the car insurance. Because I used my MasterCard insurance, the car rental's basic insurance wasn't a big deal as the overall price ended quite reasonably BUT the problem for some may be the security deposit on a car due to not taking additional coverage with the car rental. In my case it was outrages - $5,000 USD for a mid size Hyundai!!! That alone could make some individuals give a review of 1 star!!
***added: this review is also based on not having any problems with the car during the trip.
