Contrary to everyone here, I did not witness any negative issue. They are not like Portugal. They are not scanning the car when you return it but if you have full insurance like me including tyres and windscreen, then you have nothing to worry. I received the refund asap and invoice three days later.

I'm genuinely not sure why there are so many awful ratings of this particular Sixt branch at the Warsaw Chopin airport. I have landed in this airport on numerous occasions and have rented cars from this branch. I have always been treated politely, service has been speedy and kind, and the cars I have rented have been spotless. Again, I'm not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews. Based on my own experiences, I can definitely recommend this particular branch. They have always been on point in our interactions.

Except a little confusion around a booked car (model/type) and its availability everything was perfect. Even this confusion was resolved professionally by the company representatives. Worth to mention that it was not an easy task, since due to a bad booking experience with another rental company, I had only one day to arrange everything. But, Sixt did a good job and when we arrived to the airport, it takes a moment and we were ready to go on a brand new VW Tiguan! Car return also was pretty easy and comfortable. Thanks Sixt for a good service!

We commend this rental agency. We'd decided to rent a car just after arrival and Sixt was luckily open with cars available at hand. The staff servicing us was super nice and competent and offered us a really good deal, the entire procedure (register of a new client and rental) was quick and minimum bureaucracy. Return of the car was easy, no problems at all. If I go again to Warsaw, I want to rent a car there again!
