I read not good reviews but my experience was great. The person who made the reservation forgot his driver's license and because we made the reservation through Sixt he changed it to my name at no cost. No extra charges and the hold of 690€ in my credit card came off a day after returning car. The toll transponder was great

I booked as BMW 1 Series or similar. To my surprise, I got A 180 MB. Own insurance. Afterwards, everything was fine. The toll fee was charged two weeks after the car was returned.
