We hired a car from them when we were in Córdoba on the 8th of Nov. We received exemplary service from Helena at the Córdoba branch. We were so lucky to get her. She is an asset to Sixt. She spoke English and made the whole process so easy for us. We were given a good rate, a better car and she even made sure the navigation was all set up for us. We were to receive drop off directions via email from the Seville branch which we did not receive. However drop off was easy and we did not have any problems with the car. Overall we had a good experience with Sixt. Sorry, this review for Helena is a bit late but my husband and I would really like to thank her for the most wonderful service. She was sooo pleasant and helpful and we really appreciate her warm and kind attitude. Thank you so much Helena.
