I had a fantastic experience with Sixt at Jerez de la Frontera Airport. The lady at the desk was extremely friendly and professional, making the pickup process smooth and pleasant. When we discovered a screw in the tire of our first car, they quickly provided a free upgrade to a premium vehicle without any hassle. The return process was just as pleasant—we inspected the car together, signed the protocol on-site, and everything went perfectly. The man who assisted me was very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service—I’m very satisfied and would definitely rent from them again! As a small improvement, I would love to see mid-size electric cars in the fleet, such as the VW ID.4, Cupra Tavascan, or Skoda Elroq.
