Great experience renting from here. I booked online, everything ran very smoothly, and I even managed to change my return location to Madrid downtown with a 12 euro surcharge, in a very easy way. All staff working here were very friendly and helpful.

SixT company offers good self-drive car rental prices and their cars are well maintained. You can definitely go for their cars. Just be careful with your luggage & bagpacks in their parking. Since its a huuuuge isolated parking, a lot of robberies take place there. We were robbed off of our camera bag which had all the valuables there when we were busy checking the car. You cannot leave your bags unattended there even for a second.

Fuss free getting and returning the car. When returning, Google map will direct you to the drop off point. Just continue driving on the left most lane which also has marking for P4 Parking. Thanks Lourdes and Paula for the service. Happy to have got a free upgrade from VW Polo manual to VW T Cross Auto.

I rented a car at Madrid airport (T4)...it was me and two friends of mine...everything was fine, the only con was looking for the rental desk....there are not enough signals in the airport that give the right directions...
