The Car return is also at the airport. Follow the signs for "Car Rental Return". Drop off is in the line A, in our SIXT Parking Area. A staff member will check the car with you.

Rented car Platja de Palma branch - fast, no issues (just lady didn’t introduce the existing damage on the car as I’d expect - however you get full list in the contract over mail). Car without any issues, return at the airport without any additional fees - fast, efficient. Got confirmation of the handover in a minute over mail. Very nice experience. One note - in order to get competitive price I had to book through 3rd party (doyouspain). Price in Sixt app was 25% higher. Which sucks - I’d prefer to deal directly with the company, being their customer in other places as well.

Was a pleasant experience. Preparing the paper work was super easy and took place while we waited for our luggage. Very convenient. Was offered coffee and water while we waited in the SIXT office. Did not see other agencies with a office (open) next to luggage pickup.

 

The car was perfect sized for our need. A little dented/scratched but in all honesty: what else to expect when driving on small mountain roads or parking in Palma. For me personally, it made the driving experience a little less stressful:-)

 

Dropoff took minutes and the guy in charge gave us a report right away.
