Friendly staff. It was very easy to pick up my vehicle, and I had a bit luck to find a parking spot near the office to drop it off. Both the main and the pick up/return offices are very close. You just need walk to cross the drive way outside. Those are also close to the Metro station, very convenient.

Everything went smooth and well. Car was a bit strange (Chinese made GAC GS3), but customer service got us through. Picked the highest level insurance, unlimited mileage, a full tank of petrol and motorway usage - paid around EUR 340 for two days. GPS was a waste of money - car's own GPS maps were totally useless and obsolete.

I got an amazing Alfa Romeo for a really good price. I even returned it 9 hours later than the agreement and was overcharged only AED 40. Two issues need to be solved. The pickup process was unnecessarily lengthy although I made the booking online, which included all my details and payment. The other thing is about their customer service. They never answered my calls during the rental. They didn't answer my messages on their app or through email. I am not sure how anyone would contact them in case of emergency!!
