Overall had a good experience with SIXT Edinburgh City Centre! In my opinion there aren't enough signs for directions to SIXT in the parking garage although they're not that difficult to find. I booked a Volkswagen Golf (or similar), we got a Renault Clio which was a perfectly fine car! On the return rapport it was written that there were 3 new scratches found (superficial) which I doubt were new to be honest but we weren't charged anything extra. The people were nice and helpful and it was a quick process.

If I could give six stars I would. The branch manager in particular was very helpful in putting me into a vehicle that I would be comfortable with as I had never driven in Scotland before and had some anxiety. Their location is also very convenient to Waverly train station making it very convenient to drop the vehicle and catch my train shortly afterwards. Everyone I interacted with at this branch went above and beyond to help me, I highly recommend them.
