Shaky start but all ended well. Customer interaction was great. Very helpful staff in a nice clean office. Probably the closest hire car centre to the airport, great job. Easy to find too. The car used was great, clean, tidy, no problems at all. The return was easy too, very helpful and quick. The end result was positive, I'll be avoiding the mystery car in future. Six stars out of five overall. Best part is the staff and their dedication to providing a good service. Real humans, caring to do a good job, happy and smiling when looking after people who walk through the door. Thank you MO (that I met at vehicle pick up) and DAVE (that I met at vehicle drop off). I walked from the airport for the pick up; easy and relaxed 10/15 minutes walk; would do it again. I was given a lift back to the airport by Dave; super nice service, no waiting, just smooth; works great too. I will come back to SIXT LUTON ... a happy experience overall.
