My husband, Ronald Quinn and I reserved a car for pick up at the Dallas Fort Worth Int Airport location over the phone with customer service representative. We arrived at the location at our scheduled time October 13, 2021 11:30 a.m. and was assisted by Elizabeth. She was wonderful and went above and beyond expectations when we encountered an issue with our form of payment. As this was the first time we had rented a car from your company thru an airport location, we were concerned about the policy regarding the only accepted form of payment being only a credit card and we had given customer service a partial payment from our debit account over the phone. Elizabeth was able to deal with this in a professional manner and helped us tremendously by getting that payment applied to our bill and get it accomplished where we were able to get the transportation we needed. Plus, she upgraded us to a Chevy Equinox for our troubles, which was not necessary or expected but it really made us feel like she valued us and our business more than just getting us a car. All of the little things she did throughout the whole time we were there trying to get it done made all the difference between us having a great time in Texas or nothing. A special thank you to Elizabeth for doing the right thing by your company and by us, the customer. When we returned our car to the Houston IAH Airport it went just as wonderfully and was super fast. However, we did not get the gentleman's name when we returned the car in the morning 11:01 a.m. on Saturday October 16, 2021, but he was equally friendly, kind, and knowledgable when he assisted us.
By the way, a special note to Elizabeth- we had the time of lives at both of the Dead and Company shows we attended in Dallas and The Woodlands! You made that happen for us and we can never thank you enough for going above the call of duty and you did it with a smile on your face and gratitude in your heart. We love you for that little bit of kindness and will always be 'Grateful'! ❤️😁❤️
Sixt has great standards that ensures their staff gives excellent service that leads to awesome experiences like the one we had with Elizabeth and Sixt in general. We will definitely be renting from Sixt again.
