This was my first time using Sixt and I have to say I am very impressed. While all of the staff was courteous and welcoming, customer service agent Tabitha really displayed the spirit of Aloha (and her awesome ability to multi-task), not only with me, but with other customers she was assisting and check out agent Catherine thoroughly explained the final bill and was just as awesome. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Great service from checkin to return. Provided an upgrade at no additional cost. Car in excellent condition, clean, a joy to drive. Only issue was return area for this location is small and quickly backed up with returns so took longer than at larger facilities. We had time spare so no problem.

We had an wonderful experience at SIXT. There were some issues with their system when we arrived. Lynn was super nice and professional. She helped us manually complete rental process and we even got an upgrade for free. Definitely will rent again. Highly recommend!

Overall, a great rental car experience. We saw the 100 people lined up for Dollar, Thrifty, and Budget rental places and hopped on a nearly empty tram ride to the Sixt branch. Spend a little extra and go with Sixt! Cancel your Turo and go with Sixt!
I only rate it 4 stars because though we were one of three groups at the branch, the agents still take 10-15 minutes with each group to get them their car and tried to get us to purchase insurance which we had already declined online. What Turo and Hertz have over Sixt is that they gather all the information online ahead of time and you go straight to your car. The agent when we checked in wasn’t super nice but Catherine who checked us out when we got back was GREAT. Very kind and efficient.
The car itself was only a year old and drove great. Overall, nothing wrong with the vehicle and great experience renting from Sixt!
