It was a true pleasure dealing with Shannon. I have my car stolen and was very upset and she was very soothing and walk me through the entire process. Great rates and this place doesn't have hidden fees or try to charge extra for dings and scratches that were already there. When you do your vehicle inspection for pickup of the vehicle just pay very close attention and point out anything that looks like it was already there,damage wise. Overall flawless experience with them!
