I dropped off a car on 4/15 around 6am and went inside the MCO terminal to pick up another rental reservation from the main counter. I was greeted immediately by Luis Hernandez who was a fantastic help getting my reservation figured out. He explained everything in an easy going manner and got my car ready very fast. Definitely recommend going to Sixt at MCO just from this smooth experience. All the staff I met were friendly and knowledgeable of everything needed.
