Overall good experience with Sixt Car rental. Two issues they could improve: first is we booked with our airline reservation and whoever actually sent the email provided wrong Zone pickup info for shuttle service. We figured it out but it was a source of confusion; second thing was the billing showed up as "CarTrawler" on our credit card. The email telling us to expect that had the info buried in the body of the message, and our booking person, who shall remain nameless, didn't see that info and challenged the charge until thay was figured out.

My first time driving in New York. There was just really bad traffic trying to get out of the airport area. SIXT had our car ready although they didn't make it easy to get out of the parking spot in NY. We dropped it off in Philadelphia. The people were helpful and I could've done a quick turn in by dropping off the keys, but had to go in for another transaction. Either way, having that option was helpful. The shuttle drivers at both locations were really nice.
