We had forgotten to reserve a car and had to do a last minute rental. We had chosen a compact to help with the last minute rental price and the staff, Hassan, was fantastic. He was super accommodating and informative. He even bumped up our rental to a more spacious Corolla with no extra charges. We asked for sight seeing recommendations and Hassan was nice enough to write a list for us. The Corolla was a beautiful rental, had no issues at all, a very smooth drive, and awesome gps + Bluetooth system. The entire process was very convenient and we definitely recommend this rental car service.

I got stuck in Vegas airport a couple days before Christmas. Rented a car for a day at an awesome rate.
After having a stressful experience with my airline, it was refreshing to receive great customer service from Sixt. Not only did I not expect that sort of experience from a car rental company but they really went above & beyond. Jenny was great!!
The process was very transparent, no hidden fees and just good service both at pick up (Las Vegas) and drop off (Portland). Cody in Portland was great!
