This is my first time renting from SIXT, and so far so good. It's been a great experience so far, starting from even BEFORE we picked up our car. Apparently, SIXT changed the hours at this location after be booked our vehicle. I was worried since our pickup time appeared to be after the updated close time, and a Sixt customer service rep noted that we were going to come before the new close time to pick up the car.
Irving (who I believe is the general manager of this location) took time to personally call me ahead of the rental and assure me that they would remain open for us to pick up at our original time.
We adjusted our schedule as best we could, but we still arrived after the updated close time. Sure enough, Irving was personally there to help me (the airport and every other counter was EMPTY!). He was incredibly helpful as well - the Sixt website wasn't working properly for us, so he came out to log all the damage on the car before sending me on my way. He was also really nice and upgraded our car which I really appreciated - it's the nicest rental car I've ever driven, hands down. On top of all this, since we're dropping off at a different airport location, he personally made sure I found the right location and also mentioned the logistics and timing there to make sure we won't miss our flight.
