We arrived in West Palm Beach hoping that we can just go to a rental and get a car, but to our surprise no one had vehicles available. We then caught a courtesy shuttle back to the airport after serval attempts at different car rentals. After arriving at the Airport we by passed all the rentals we previously visited and went straight to Sixt. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and assured us that he can find something for us. That he did. To cut a long story short upon returning our vechicle back to Sixt. We were informed that we had to catch a cab or an Uber back to the Port because the shuttles only went to the airport. The young gentleman that checked our vehicle and informed us then left us there and walked away. But as faith would have it then came Samiel Etienne another employee, who was so concerned about our wellbeing, he asked if we were straight and we explained our situation. He than opened his hot spot for us to down load the Uber App to which we did. But that to failed because we didn’t have a US number so we weren’t receiving the code needed. That being said Samuel sprung into action and said I can get an Uber for you because I want to make sure you guys are straight. We were totally amazed at his assistance. We are back home and well. But we definitely thought that the display of customer service from Samiel was truly worth being mentioned. Without his generosity and suggestion to use Uber instead of a cab and to connect us with the Uber which was a great assistance to us. Samiel is an A1 employee in our book. Hats off to Samiel Etienne, the world of customer service needs more of people like you.
