Although a quote was emailed, no confirmation call was made to ensure a booking but the staff went out of their way to be helpful and finds a truck rental at no notice. Clear advice on how to use the vehicle and refuel it. Fair prices.

I booked a rent car for trip to Symbio. So I just rent 1 day and only took 70-80km per day.
1. Space for this shop
It is not small and looks very nice. staffs are also generally friendly(except some of western guys).
2 Only One thing I was disappointed
It was the car I booked was Kona of Hyundai but they provided us similar model from Kia without my agreement. Also color of car was yellow so…. embarrassed.
3 Car condition.
looking good but engine? or gear? something seems wired. Even though it was SUV, it seems a human being because they cannot climb a hill easily🤣🤣🤣

Price was cheap. I think it was really acceptable offer to me with premium insurance service.

I was satisfied with their service. with this cost, I think I cannot find such good service like this rent company.
