The customer service man was extremely helpful. He stayed back a few hours extra to make sure that we got our rental car. Our flight was over 7 hours late and landed a few hours after closing time. This stressed us out and I was thinking that we will be stranded without a car and we going to waste more time the next day picking our rental. Virgin airlines let us down but SIXT Launceston went out their way to help us with beyond and above with fantastic service. Great customer service is rare today.
