The location is extremely convenient as it is located in a big hotel in the middle of the city. The staff members (Antonio & Mario) are immensely helpful people with great knowledge of their business and the city. The team went extra mile to get us a car as we booked one late at night. The team travelled early in the morning and drove from Split to Dubrovnik so they could fulfil their commitment. Hats off to their dedication. They also gave us an upgrade to BMW at no extra cost. Totally recommend.

Car return was an easy and straightforward process, in and out in less than 5 min. Antonia was extremely helpful, especially in the areas where I had questions on the charges. I left something behind in the car and had to come back to retrieve it. Antonia very kindly waited for me to return and personally drove me a short distance to where the car was moved. Extremely grateful to her for her kindness and her help!

We had no issues with sixt, we rented for two days from Zagreb to Dubrovnik, good car, professional service, easy pick up and drop off, best part is they have a office in city centre so you do not need to go to the airport for pick up or drop off, they do try to push extra insurance and protection on you but thats normal for any car service , will definitely use them again in the future.....
