I had a perfect experience here. The woman that helped me really went out of her way to assist me and made sure i understood everything. She made sure I had the right size SUV and appropriate coverage. she hep e save money. No hard sell. Office is hard to locate. It is on the second floor of the building. Also, garage location is also not clear. Very helpful staff all around. Good value and customer service. Best to work through office you are renting from that main number.

I rented a green metalic jeep on the 22 of sep (forgot the type) and returned it on 1pm of 24 sep.
My concern is I didn’t receive an e-mail once I got or returned the car,I just had the hard copy, I dialed the same number written here to contact the same branch just to know when will I receive my remaining deposit wich is 97 euros but it faled to connect
I've hired many cars from different companies across Europe and my experience in the city centre Sixt has to be the best i have ever had.
We were assisted by Dragica when getting the car and she was extremely helpful, friendly and gave us lots of advice about our rental and also our journeys for the coming days. She clearly took pride in her job and if she is representative of sixt in Split city centre it is a great place to do business with.
We rented in September which is definitely the shoulder season for Split and this could be a factor in the smoothness of our experience but i definitely think that Sixt is the place to go at this time of year. There was someone in the car park preparing our car as well as the help we received in the office.
This was my first time renting a car with Sixt. I must say that I was more than impressed. Particularly, I must mention that Dragica, the employee who assisted us with our rental at the Split Downtown branch (Croatia), was perhaps the most memorable customer service agent I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Her customer service was impeccable. She was friendly, professional, and thorough without being intimidating. She talked us through the insurance options without overly selling anything, eventually helping us to choose the right plan for our needs. She made us feel comfortable and confident driving in a new country and set us on track for what was eventually one of our most enjoyable holidays in recent memory. I would recommend—no, emplore—anyone considering a car rental abroad to choose Sixt. Dragica has made us customers for life! Upon returning the vehicle in Zagreb, a process that was quick and pleasant, my interaction with the employee there was also very nice. I can only assume that customer care is a priority of Sixt and I appload them as such. Thank you Dragica and the Sixt team for making my Birthday holiday a magical and memorable one!
