Very helpful and understanding. They gave us free car seats and no crossing borders fee. They were kind and spoke good English and no hidden costs. We bought full insurance and so then there isn’t a massive deposit. We took the car to dubrovnik and no extra fee. Just very easy and would definitely recommend !!!!!!
